What makes us better than an 'average' dance class?

Team | We pay experienced dancers to be in class with you, to support your learning, giving you feedback on how you are doing and what you can improve. | You are left on your own, to just 'work it out'. |
Dance Studio | We've been using Southbank club for over 7 years, we have had no disruption to classes and have THE BEST most forgiving floor in Bristol. | Use whatever bars, halls, or coffee shops that are free of cheap. Regularly change venue, or have a 'village hall' vibe. |
Teacher experience | All our teachers have at least 3 years experience and up to 15 years experience, but still regularly dance internationally so their skills are kept up to date. | Unpaid followers picked at randon from the circle and not allowed to teach, often teachers no longer activly seek out new skills. |
Parties | The party is designed for you to let go with 1 hour of classes & 4 hours of social with 2 Dj's, members get the class for free*subject to availability. | Songs from a playlist are put on at random. |
Pre booking | All classes are prebooked, to make the entry to the class smooth with no waiting around & the balance the number of leaders and followers. | Everyone who turns up gets in, unbalanced classes and time wasted doing tickets. |
Price | £50 a month for 2 classes in a night, £35 a month for 1 class a night | £8 - £15 a night |
Safety policy that is enforced | We have a detailed safety policy that students will sign whe they start the class. Policies are enforced & expectations signaled on a regular basis. | Most classes have no safety policy and if they do it is on a page of a website noone views. |
High quality sound systems | We run speakers in the long 2 corners of the room to spread the soound our evenly, meaing noones hearing is compromised. | Often sound is used projected from one speaker, so one side is deafened and the other side can't hear what is going on. |
